Project Description

As part of the peatland ecosystem-based economic development project initiated by PT Rimba Makmur Utama (RMU), Arkhadaya, as part of Syntek Group, was entrusted as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner to develop an Off-Grid Solar Power Plant with a total capacity of 204.12 kWp in Tampelas Village, Central Kalimantan.

The system comprises 378 photovoltaic (PV) modules and is supported by a 416 kWh battery storage system, ensuring a stable and reliable electricity supply for RMU’s albumin production facility.

Despite facing numerous challenges—including flooding, difficult terrain, limited logistics, lack of PLN grid connection, and poor communication signals—Arkhadaya successfully completed the installation through meticulous engineering, adaptive project planning, and close collaboration with the local community.

This project exemplifies how solar energy can empower remote communities, support local economic activities, and contribute to the preservation and sustainable utilization of Indonesia’s peatland ecosystems.
